Automation Tester with Security Clearance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active TSSCI and ability to be processed for CI Poly - Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of Software Testing and Quality Assurance experience
- Proficiency with Test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber
- Strong knowledge of networking and operating systems
- Experience working in a high op-temp, top secret environment
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in conducting end-to-end testing of large or complex information systems
- Knowledge of test engineering methodology NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior DISA experience
- CI Polygraph (or willingness/ability to obtain)
- Experience with security testing
- Experience with load and stress testing
- Experience testing Web, Desktop, Mobile, API, and Database applications

An employer is looking for a TSSCI Automation Tester to sit in Arlington, VA. This candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and executing automated testing frameworks that support mission-critical applications in a highly secure environment. The ideal professional will have strong expertise in Selenium-based automation, Java development, and CI/CD integration while supporting complex enterprise systems. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside cross-functional engineering teams to improve software quality, optimize testing pipelines, and ensure system reliability across web, desktop, mobile, API, and database applications. Compensation:
$62/hr to $72/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
