As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we're continuing to grow, and our Talent Team is at the heart of that journey. We're looking for an ambitious Talent Resourcer to help attract and hire the best people across the business.
The Role
As a Talent Reourcer, you'll manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles, including Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Directors, Resourcers and head office functions such as Marketing, Payroll, Credit Control and HR.
You'll work closely with hiring managers across the UK to source, attract and secure high-quality talent while building strong talent pipelines to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source and headhunt high-quality candidates.
- Build proactive talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers across the business.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Promote the Fawkes & Reece employer brand.
- Support the ongoing development of our Talent function.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building relationships and is keen to develop a career within Talent Acquisition.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous recruitment, resourcing or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Confidence using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing tools (desirable).
- A genuine interest in attracting and engaging top talent.
- The ambition to build a long-term career within Talent.
