Compensation:
Pay Range: $162,00-$180,000 Per Year

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Utilize technology systems to enhance tax processes and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in mutual fund and partnership tax.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Experience with large accounting firms preferred.
• Familiarity with advanced technology systems.
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail and coachability.
