About the Role

Join our team and help patients access timely, high quality care. You'll manage procedure waitlists, coordinate bookings, build strong relationships with clinical teams, maintain accurate data and create efficient workflows that support safe, equitable and patient centred services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procedure waitlists and patient bookings
  • Coordinate surgery and scope schedules
  • Maintain accurate data and patient records
  • Monitor waitlist performance and timeframes
  • Liaise with patients, carers and clinical teams
  • Build strong partnerships across services
  • Prepare reports and routine correspondence
  • Resolve enquiries with care and professionalism
  • Support efficient workflows and service delivery
  • Contribute to safe, equitable patient care
About You

You're a proactive administrator who thrives in a fast paced healthcare environment. You balance competing priorities, communicate with confidence and take pride in delivering accurate, patient focused support that helps people access care sooner.

  • Experience in healthcare admin or waitlist management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and patient record systems
  • Prioritise deadlines with accuracy and sound judgement
  • Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
