Finance Data Analyst

Orka Financial is partnering with a global business based in Bracknell to recruit a Finance Data Analyst for its forward-thinking finance team. This role is looking for an ASAP start and is a year long contract position.

This opportunity offers fantastic remote working, with the requirement of going into the office either once or twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular financial and operational reports
• Analyse data, identify trends and highlight any issues
• Maintain and improve Excel-based reports and working files
• Support reconciliations, cashflow monitoring and data checks
• Ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered on time
• Assist with process improvements and reporting automation
• Work with internal teams to gather information and resolve queries.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or someone with a few years’ finance, transactional or analytical experience
• Very strong Excel skills
• Experience with data analysis, financial modelling or Power BI
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
