Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, backlog management, and delivery execution for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, product roadmap planning, and requirements gathering, along with a solid understanding of the Financial Services domain.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Product Leadership roles.

• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proven expertise in Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, and Product Prioritization.

• Experience creating detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and Product Delivery frameworks.

• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Ownership/Product Management experience.

• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise.

• Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps.

• Proven stakeholder management and requirements analysis skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful product delivery in a remote environment.
