Role: CMDB & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Work Hours: Eastern Time (EST)

We are seeking a CMDB & IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, IT asset lifecycle management, and data governance. This role focuses on maintaining CMDB accuracy, improving asset data quality, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise asset management processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Configuration Items (CIs), performing asset reconciliation, monitoring CMDB health, and collaborating with infrastructure, procurement, and service management teams to resolve data quality issues.
