Job description

Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead
Client Location - NYC, NY USA
Work Mode - 3 days Onsite Client Office
Duration - 6 Months


Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
Lead the technical workstream for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and act as the primary onsite technical contact.
Strong hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP Web Services and HCM integrations.
Design and develop inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts and integrations with third-party applications.
Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration design/troubleshooting is preferred.
Lead data migration, reconciliation, SIT, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover, deployment and hypercare activities from a technical perspective.
Work closely with functional consultants, client IT teams, integration teams and offshore technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
Troubleshoot complex integration, reporting, data-load and production issues and drive them to resolution.
Good understanding of major HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent and Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding.
Experience with Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalization/extensions.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership and onsite/offshore coordination skills.
