SAP OTC Consultant/ Architect with CPQ

Type: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

·         OTC Billing and Revenue Transformation workstream, driving business process assessment, Requirement gathering and defining target operating model, solution advisory aligned with the organization''s transformation objectives.

·         Lead executive and business workshops to define future-state Order Management, Subscription Management, Billing, Revenue, Receivables, Collections, Credit Management and Customer Financial processes using SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.

·         Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide business stakeholders towards adopting standard SAP capabilities, minimizing custom development and process deviations.

·         Define the target Billing and Revenue platform leveraging SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Mediation and Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable.

·         Design scalable business capabilities supporting recurring subscriptions, usage-based billing, consumption pricing, one-time sales, hybrid commercial models and future product offerings.

·         Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, Customer Operations, Sales, Legal and IT teams to establish a unified contract-to-cash operating model.

·         Identify opportunities to simplify business processes through standard SAP capabilities while evaluating AI-enabled point solutions only where they complement standard SAP functionality.

·         Collaborate closely with Finance, Integration, Data Migration, Reporting and Change Management workstreams to ensure a cohesive enterprise solution architecture. Experience

·         14–16 years of SAP consulting experience with significant expertise in Order-to-Cash transformation and enterprise billing platforms.? Extensive experience designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Sales, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Delivery and Customer Receivables processes.

·         Proven experience delivering multiple SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management implementations.
