Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + Package

A fantastic fit out contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit out projects across London, with project values up to £15m.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PM who enjoys delivering high-quality commercial interiors within fast-paced environments, working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors from pre-construction through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial fit out projects up to £15m
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
• Coordinate design, commercial and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee health & safety, quality and client expectations on site
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
• Manage procurement, reporting, project risk and overall delivery performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

You

• Strong background delivering commercial fit out projects
• Experience managing CAT A & CAT B office fit out schemes
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong programme management and coordination ability
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Able to manage multiple workstreams within live environments
