The Role • Conduct diagnostics and therapy for neurological speech, voice, and swallowing disorders, including those with tracheostomy tubes and on ventilation. • Independently plan and execute patient-centered logopedic therapy measures. • Meticulously document findings, diagnostics, and treatment progress, and manage service recording. • Provide logopedic counseling to patients and their families. • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social services. What You'll Need • Completion of training as a speech-language pathologist or equivalent qualification. • Ideally, experience in neurological rehabilitation and knowledge of neurogenic dysphagia and tracheostomy management. • High level of initiative, dedication, and a passion for responsible work. • A strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary team.
