Job Description

Tech Mountains is a fast-growing IT solutions company. We deliver premium Web Design & Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI Integration, and Data Annotation services. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking an aggressive, target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. While this role is fully remote, we prefer candidates residing in Delhi for seamless future alignment and key strategy meetups.


Role Overview:

You will drive agency growth by selling our complete suite of tech services (Web, Apps, Marketing, and AI). With 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate IT sales, you must understand project scopes, handle technical requirements, and pitch directly to international and domestic clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Lead Generation: Source fresh leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, and business networks for web, app, and digital marketing projects
  • Client Consultation: Qualify client requirements, coordinate with our technical team, and draft highly accurate project proposals/RFPs.
  • Service Upselling: Pitch advanced tech solutions, including Custom AI Integrations and Data Annotation services, to existing and new enterprises.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle-from the initial discovery call to pricing negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue milestones.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience selling Web, App, or Agency Tech Services.
  • Tech Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of website development, mobile frameworks, digital marketing channels, and AI workflows.
  • Location: Based in Delhi / NCR (preferred for future hybrid adaptability).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.

  • What We Offer:

    • Compensation: 20,000 to 50,000 fixed per month (depending on experience).
