GenAI Engineer RAG (W2 Role)

Job Position: GenAI Engineer RAG
Location: Jersey City, NJ/New York City, NY (Onsite)
Contract

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and document vectorization pipelines.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with strong Generative AI/LLM experience.
• In-depth hands-on experience with RAG models and architectures.
• Strong experience with document ingestion, parsing, chunking, embeddings, and document vectorization.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of semantic search, similarity search, retrieval, reranking, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade RAG/GenAI applications.
