Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive services organization, is seeking a Dealer Auditor to join their team. As a Dealer Auditor, you will be part of the Audit team supporting dealership operations and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dealer Auditor
Location: Naperville, IL (Chicago, IL Metro Area Extensive Regional Travel)
Pay Range: $51.50/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Conduct on-site audits of dealership warranty claim submissions and review repair documentation for compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, communicate, and maintain audit-related reports, notification letters, and supporting documentation.
  • Analyze warranty claim data, key performance indicators, and submission trends to identify potential compliance concerns and risks.
  • Collaborate with dealership management and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to warranty and dealer policy requirements.
  • Provide training, support, and recommendations for corrective actions to improve compliance and address recurring issues.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in automotive dealership operations, warranty auditing, warranty administration, or related automotive compliance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations, automotive repair and diagnostic procedures, and warranty processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to travel 80%+ of the time.
