Description
The role involves managing the receipt, processing, and delivery of mail and packages in a bustling onsite environment. 
The position requires expertise in handling various carrier services and using package tracking technologies. 
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages from multiple carriers.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments following carrier guidelines.
Maintain records using package tracking software.
Resolve delivery discrepancies and track issues.
Provide exceptional customer service and operate mail processing equipment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of relevant experience in mailroom or logistics.
Experience with commercial carrier services.
Proficiency in package tracking systems and office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
