Role: Program Manager with any food industry Experience (Must)

• Develop and implement business strategies to boost sales and revenue across all branches
• Analyze sales trends, customer data, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
• Design and execute operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with branch managers to standardize best practices across locations
• Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing and menu strategy
• Identify opportunities for new branch locations, partnerships, or delivery/takeout channel growth
• Set measurable KPIs and track performance across branches; report insights to leadership
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategy execution
• Recommend technology or process improvements (POS systems, delivery platforms, inventory management) to support scalability

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or management consulting preferably within the restaurant, QSR, or retail chain industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements in a multi-location business
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, supply chain, or franchise business models is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
