The Role • Act as a primary point of contact to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions for customers including laboratories, hospitals, and medical practices. • Utilize phone and remote diagnostic tools to resolve technical and application-related issues in collaboration with customers. • Prepare for and coordinate on-site service visits with technicians when necessary. • Contribute to ensuring efficient and reliable operation of diagnostic systems for clients worldwide. What You'll Need • Completed training as a technician, MTLA, or a comparable qualification in a science/technology field. • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical support or similar role. • Strong interest in direct customer interaction and problem-solving complex technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both German and English. • Solid PC skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
