Position: Business Development Executive Work Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Timings: Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 6 pm

Saturday - 9:30 am to 1:30 pm

We are rapidly expanding our B2B and gifting business. We are looking for someone who is excited to be part of this next phase of growth and help us scale our brand and operations.

  • Take complete ownership of new B2B, Corporate, Bulk, and HORECA sales channels for the company.
  • Conduct field sales activities and cold visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Drive lead generation activities, including market research, prospecting, cold calling, cold visits, networking, and identifying potential clients.
  • Responsible for brand awareness through consumer education, brand partnerships, and relevant marketing activities.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through CRM.


Please Note:

  • You will be fully responsible for generating leads on your own
  • You will be required to conduct cold field visits for 3 days a week until the end of October.
  • If you are shortlisted, we will share an assignment with you. After evaluating the assignment, we will make the final decision.
  • Our corporate office building is located next to a factory. Both the office and the factory share a common entrance gate.


Qualifications

  • Any graduate and post graduate (MBA/BBA) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2years Experience.


Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
