Laboratory Assistant

to join a busy Quality Control team within a leading food manufacturing business in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on laboratory experience while supporting quality standards in a fast-paced soft fruit production environment.

Duties Include:

Carrying out routine laboratory tests and checks Taking samples from production lines Conducting fruit quality checks, including weight and Brix testing Recording results accurately using SAP Monitoring laboratory stock and supplies Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting production and quality teams as required

What We're Looking For:

Good attention to detail Basic IT skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong communication skills Previous laboratory or quality control experience is beneficial but not essential Must be available to work for the full project duration until the end of August

Shift Pattern
