The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Explain proposed solutions to customers, addressing concerns and building trust.
• Utilize provided tools and technology to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization.
• Uphold company values of safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation in all interactions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales team and business objectives.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide licensing (company sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and interact with diverse clients.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including ladder use, lifting, and working in various environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
