Description Process Mapping &amp; Current-State Assessment<br />Cost-to-Serve &amp; Performance Analysis<br />Customer Experience &amp; Outcome Improvement<br />Opportunity Identification &amp; Solution Delivery<br />Manage and track project progress across multiple work streams to ensure timely delivery.<br />Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and requirements.<br />Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.<br />Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency.<br />Ensure proper allocation of resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.<br />Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving.<br />Monitor project budgets and ensure spending aligns with financial plans.<br />Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting for future reference.Profile A successful Technical Programme Manager should have:
