The Role • Provide leadership in customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers. • Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage transactions accurately. • Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-maintained and appealing. • Maintain store cleanliness, including custodial duties and merchandising displays. • Assist with the implementation and upkeep of store planograms and visual merchandising standards. • Perform key management duties, including opening and closing the store in the absence of upper management. What You'll Need • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of retail safety policies and practices. • Ability to read and follow merchandise presentation guides and planograms. • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and cash register operations. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control policies. • Prior supervisory experience or equivalent training is preferred.
