This position is responsible for overseeing project costs from planning through completion, ensuring budgets, forecasts, estimates, and financial controls are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction and facilities project management, with expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and project financial reporting. • Lead and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and schedules.
• Manage project teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
