Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Project Cost Manager and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex facility, construction, and capital improvement projects. This position is responsible for overseeing project costs from planning through completion, ensuring budgets, forecasts, estimates, and financial controls are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction and facilities project management, with expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and project financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys partnering with project teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
