The Role • Translate complex business requirements into effective design solutions for HCM & Talent Management systems. • Conduct requirements gathering and create detailed functional specifications. • Design, build, test, and deploy IT solutions, collaborating with vendors and partners. • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from conception to implementation. • Provide application support and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner. • Oversee application security controls and user profile management. What You'll Need • Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR/Talent Management IT solutions (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven track record in supporting Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT solutions. • Experience in process analysis & redesign, consulting, and project management. • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance customer focus with strategic planning. • High energy, self-starter with ambition to learn and tackle new challenges.
