The Role • Manage technical construction tasks for maintenance, reconstruction, and new build projects. • Contribute technically to the project management of new construction initiatives. • Perform project controlling, including monitoring quality, quantity, costs, and timelines. • Coordinate and communicate on technical construction matters across departments and with external stakeholders. • Prepare and review technical documentation for planning, permits, and procurements. What You'll Need • University degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or a related field with relevant experience. • Several years of experience in project management and/or project planning. • Solid expertise in construction, ideally in building construction and/or structural engineering. • Familiarity with German contract regulations (HOAI and VOB) is advantageous. • Proven ability to coordinate complex interfaces and stakeholders effectively.
