Job Description

Humana is seeking a Network Automation & DevOps Engineer / SRE with strong experience in network automation, enterprise networking, DevOps practices, monitoring, and AI-assisted network operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience automating network operations, integrating enterprise tools, and improving network reliability through automation and observability.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Strong experience with Python and Shell Scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in Network Automation.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD Pipelines, and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Networking and Network Troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Network Monitoring, Observability, and Tool Integration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
  • Knowledge or experience with AI-assisted Network Operations (AIOps) and automation-driven network management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Ansible or other Infrastructure Automation tools.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based monitoring, predictive analytics, or intelligent network operations
