We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Owner (Twilio) with one of our clients.
Position: Technical Product Owner (Twilio)
Location: Remote (USA)
Domain: Healthcare
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to deliver product features.
  • Support Contact Center reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting needs.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Product Owner.
  • Hands-on SQL and database knowledge.
  • Experience with end-to-end Contact Center Reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Twilio or Twilio Insights experience.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) reporting.
