Quality Assurance Manager

Primo Brands, a Des Moines-based brand and marketing agency, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure flawless delivery of digital, print, and packaging work for leading food, beverage, and CPG brands. In this role, you will design and enforce QA standards, build test plans and checklists, and oversee pre-flight reviews across web, email, social, and production assets. You'll partner closely with strategy, creative, account, and development teams, improving workflows, reducing defects, and championing a culture of quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own agency-wide QA standards, processes, and documentation
• Plan and execute QA for digital, print, and packaging deliverables
• Create test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for projects
• Review creative, copy, and layouts for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, account, and development teams to prevent defects early
• Implement pre-flight and final sign-off procedures before client delivery
• Track, analyze, and report on defects and quality metrics to leadership
• Train and mentor team members on QA best practices and tools
