MES IT Coordinator (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

We are seeking a Site MES IT Coordinator to support MES implementation and post-go-live operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate between business users, Global MES teams, IT, ERP, Infrastructure, offshore teams, and vendors to ensure successful MES deployment, support, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate MES implementation, testing, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
• Act as the primary site liaison between Operations, Quality, IT, Global MES, ERP, and offshore teams.
• Gather business requirements, track issues, risks, changes, and project readiness.
• Support MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, barcode/label printing, and shopfloor devices.
• Coordinate user training, documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and support materials.
• Manage site-level MES governance, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support L2/L3 issue coordination and ensure smooth MES operations.

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or MES/Manufacturing IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and issue-tracking skills.
• Experience working with Operations, Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, IT, and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of MES platforms (Rockwell MES preferred; Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, or similar is a plus).
• Understanding of MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, barcode/label printing, reporting systems, and shopfloor devices.
• Experience managing site-level governance, risks, changes, priorities, and support readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industry experience.
• Knowledge of CSV/Validation processes and GxP environments.
• Experience supporting post-go-live MES operations and continuous improvement.
