Your responsibilities will include:

Installing IT &amp; Telecoms solutions<br />Onboarding customers onto managed support services<br />Providing remote &amp; on-site technical support<br />Planning &amp; managing installation projects<br />Supporting customers &amp; sales teams with solution design &amp; recommendations<br />Updating project &amp; service tickets through CRM systems<br />Identifying potential sales opportunities through technical operationsWhat we're looking for We're looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer with strong networking, infrastructure &amp; customer-facing technical support experience.

A valid UK driving licence is essential for this position. Ideally, you'll have experience with:

Configuring routers, switches &amp; firewalls<br />Wi-Fi installation &amp; troubleshooting<br />Cloud telephony &amp; VOIP solutions<br />LAN infrastructure, including testing, terminating &amp; design<br />CRM &amp; ticketing systems<br />Microsoft cloud &amp; Microsoft Server environments<br />IT networking, including CCNA, Fortigate or Netgear<br />VMWare Solutions &amp; Hyper-V<br />PC/laptop builds, fault diagnosis &amp; rectification<br />Antivirus &amp; anti-spam implementation<br />Router &amp; firewall configurationIf you're looking for your next step as an IT Field Engineer in Wimborne, we'd love to hear from you.
