Salesforce Developer / Business Analyst / Solution Consultant (Federal Project) Location: Remote (U.S.)

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Consultants to support a U.S. federal government project. This is a fully remote opportunity for qualified U.S.-based consultants with experience delivering Salesforce solutions in federal environments.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (USC) is required.
• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) or Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one, based on project requirements.
• Must be physically located within the United States.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Role-Specific Skills

Salesforce Developer

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and custom application development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.

Salesforce Business Analyst

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Government Cloud is a plus.

Salesforce Solution Consultant

• Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, solution architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with federal digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Business Analyst, Application Architect, System Architect, or Consultant certifications).
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Public Sector Solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with federal security and compliance requirements.
