Systems Engineer | Hampton, VA, United States | On-site | $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 /Yr.

The Role

  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, management, and internal IT teams on enterprise system modernization.
  • Develop control features to ensure systems meet organizational quality standards.
  • Engage in quality control procedures to guarantee system efficiency and operational readiness.
  • Create, install, and support enterprise systems.
  • Work with PMO and Portfolio Managers to align computing needs, manage projects, and meet deliverables.
  • Train team members on data security, troubleshooting processes, and related skills.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma with 9+ years of commensurate experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • DOD 8140 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security).
  • Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computing environments.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker).
  • Experience with automation software and solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell).
