They are seeking a dedicated PKI System Administrator to join a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD, supporting critical mission needs across a multi-enclave environment. The Role • Provide system and software operations and maintenance support in a large, complex network enterprise. • Manage and troubleshoot Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity and Access Management (IdAM) tools and systems. • Interact with customers, including senior executives, to handle service inquiries, problems, and provide follow-up reports. • Train remote personnel on basic PKI duties and enforce security strategies and policies. • Implement, patch, maintain, and upgrade PKI servers and technologies. • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience. • Experience with PKI technologies, including RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, token cards, and soft certificates for authentication and digital signing. • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now) for incident and request management. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups. • Possession of a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a polygraph. • Minimum DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) IT System Admin Intermediate certification.
