[Responsibilities] - Lead technical planning, system integration, and verification & validation activities for advanced RF systems.

• Analyze and manage cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness across total systems.
• Execute systems engineering analyses at every phase: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Systematically convert customer or product requirements into comprehensive hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable engineering specifications. [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience, Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Demonstrated experience in RF systems, system integration, requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and verification & validation.
• Strong background in system lifecycle management: design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (required). [Preferred Skills] - Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
