What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a fresh food counter or bakery setting. • Proven expertise in fresh food products, with a strong emphasis on quality and freshness. • A demonstrated ability to manage costs, revenue, and operational processes. • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills. • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities. • Flexibility to work within a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
