The Role • Support the Clinical Trial Associate or Contracting team in clinical research as a Trial Support function. • Continuously manage and archive study documents and their administration. • Assist in the creation of study documentation and materials for ethics and regulatory submissions. • Handle contract administration across various indications. • Distribute study materials and perform general data entry. • Support the contracting process for study agreements, including tracking, shipping, quality control, and archiving. What You'll Need • Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, or a comparable qualification. • Initial professional experience in a commercial or administrative role. • Good proficiency with the MS Office suite. • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • An independent and structured approach to work.
