Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Mainframe experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in analyzing, documenting, and delivering enterprise mainframe solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Functional Specifications
• Experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Experience with UAT planning and execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Banking or Financial domain experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
• Coordinate with Mainframe development teams
• Support testing, UAT, and production implementation
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
• Ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions
