This role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be instrumental in providing critical support to members on the road. The Role • Provide essential roadside assistance and vehicle repairs to members. • Conduct fault diagnostics, addressing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and battery issues. • Manage your own tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure efficient service delivery. • Maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting for all service calls. • Respond to call-outs across the designated region, demonstrating flexibility in working hours. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent technical certification. • Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair. • A full UK driving licence. • A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills. • Flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, including weekends and bank holidays. • Willingness to travel and undertake occasional overnight stays.
