The Role • Lead the promotion and sales strategy execution for the psychiatry portfolio. • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans using data-driven insights and digital tools. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders. • Apply in-depth knowledge of the local market and therapeutic area to identify opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes and address payer access issues effectively. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales. • Demonstrated ability to master disease and product knowledge, including passing certification exams. • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to utilize sales data tools. • Must reside within 40 miles of the Knoxville, TN territory boundaries.
