Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Professional Experience
8+ years of progressive information security, cybersecurity, security operations, or security program-management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams.
Experience managing complex security programs involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Experience coordinating security work plans, deliverables, schedules, resources, risks, and issues.
Demonstrated experience in security governance and operational management.
Experience supporting regulated or sensitive-data environments.
Experience communicating security risks and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Experience managing security-service providers, consultants, or distributed technical teams is highly desirable.

CISSP Enterprise information security leadership
CISM Security management and governance
PMP Program/project management
CRISC Security risk management
ITIL Security service/operational management
