💰 £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £38,000+)

As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Create a positive and supportive environment where your team can thrive

• Inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve their best every day

• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a 5-star experience

• Build strong relationships with your team and regional partners

• Spot growth opportunities and help develop and expand the showroom

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience leading a team within a retail environment

• A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills

• Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered

• A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Flexibility to work weekends
