Design Coordinator (3 month FTC)

Design Coordinator on a 3 month FTC within a prestigious global law firm. London with hybrid working.

A leading global law firm is seeking a Design Coordinator for a 3-month paternity cover contract. The successful candidate will play a proactive role in supporting the Business Development team in delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand and meet their design needs.
• Manage and prioritise a varied workload, coordinating effectively with both London and Mumbai teams.
• Contribute to and enhance the Design team’s overall service offering.

Experience needed:

• Strong corporate graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Video editing and motion graphics experience would be advantageous.
