  • Provide governance and oversight, maintaining the integrity and coherence of IT initiatives across Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) IT teams.

  • Own and govern the Salesforce architecture, aligning platform strategy with business goals, setting technical standards, and supporting delivery teams with architectural guidance and complex problem-solving.

  • Design and govern integration solutions, defining standards for architecture, security, resiliency and observability while aligning patterns, tooling and shared services across platforms and teams.

  • Deep expertise across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), including contact centre and customer service architectures.

  • Strong enterprise integration experience, designing and governing complex system interfaces, integration patterns and cross-platform solutions.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including data modelling, security, performance optimisation, Apex, LWC, Flows and configuration best practices.

  • Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD and SDLC governance, with strong stakeholder management, communication and the ability to drive pragmatic architectural decisions.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

  • Experience with Commerce Cloud and omnichannel customer journey architecture across B2B, B2C and D2C environments.

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud architecture, customer data flows, segmentation and campaign integration.
