Job Description:

Job Summary:

• Responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, managing RF devices and warehouse hardware infrastructure used in warehouse and distribution center operations.
• The role ensures high availability of warehouse mobile devices, printers, scanners, voice systems, and network-connected hardware that support WMS applications such as Blue Yonder (BY WMS), Oracle RWMS, SAP EWM, and other supply chain platforms.
• This onsite role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, infrastructure, vendors, and application support teams to ensure business continuity.
• The resource must be based at the client’s warehouse locations in Anaheim (ZIP 92806) and Ontario (ZIP 91761), California; it’s NOT a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Device & Hardware Support

• Support and maintain warehouse hardware devices including:
• RF Handheld Scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.)
• Mobile Computers
• Vehicle-Mounted Terminals
• Barcode Scanners
• RFID Devices
• Voice Picking Devices
• Thermal and Label Printers
• Warehouse Workstations and Tablets
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and connectivity issues
• Perform device configuration, provisioning, and deployment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting warehouse technologies and RF hardware.
• Experience in distribution centers, retail supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Certification in Zebra, Honeywell, RFID, or Wireless technologies is an added advantage.
