We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician to lead and innovate within our psychiatric day clinics, providing comprehensive care and fostering patient stability and self-determination. The Role

• Assume senior physician responsibility for psychiatric day clinics, with opportunities for targeted development.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care.
• Support and mentor doctors in training and medical students, providing both professional and personal guidance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts.
• Oversee patient treatment plans, integrating biological, psychotherapeutic, and social-medical approaches.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d).
• Prior experience and profound knowledge in biological, psychotherapeutic, and social-medical treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated resilience, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working within a modern, patient-oriented psychiatric setting.
• Empathetic, appreciative demeanor, initiative, and open communication skills.
