Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Data Center Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about data center operations, hardware support, and infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and data center environments, with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, racks, and network equipment.

• Perform hardware installations, replacements, and troubleshooting.

• Monitor data center infrastructure and ensure optimal system performance.

• Support cabling, rack and stack activities, and equipment deployment.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

• Follow standard operating procedures and documentation.

• Assist with asset inventory management and equipment audits.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure high availability.

• Maintain data center cleanliness, safety, and security standards.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Data Center Operations, or Infrastructure Support.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, storage, and networking.

• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, and routers.

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as required.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar are a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
