Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and customize CRM applications, business functionality, and user-facing components based on business requirements.
2. Design and implement integrations between CRM platforms, APIs, databases, and internal or external enterprise systems.
3. Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliable solutions.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and developers to deliver and maintain enterprise applications.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of software development experience, including significant experience developing and customizing enterprise CRM or cloud-based applications.
Technical Skills	Application Development, Object-Oriented Programming, API Development, Cloud Technologies, Database Technologies, Web Technologies, Software Testing, Development Tools
Business / Domain Skills	CRM Development, Enterprise Application Integration, Business Requirements, Application Support, Agile Development, Software Delivery
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, data services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
2. Experience developing scalable, secure, and well-tested application solutions in an Agile environment.
