Role OverviewOpportunity to join our Complaints and Assessments team as a Capability Lead on a full-time, fixed term basis to 30 June 2027. Reporting to the Project Manager CAS Transformation, the role will lead the development of capability in the CAS division, identify and address capability gaps, establish frameworks and standards and drive adoption of effective practices and technologies. This is an opportunity to contribute to the successful transformation of the complaints and assessment function at IBAC.
Duties- Develop, maintain and continuously improve the CAS capability framework.
- Identify current and future workforce capability requirements, assess capability gaps, and implement targeted initiatives to build CAS capability aligned to strategic objectives.
- Partner with subject matter experts within the division and in Corporate Services to develop and deliver effective learning solutions including onboarding, training and support models that build workforce capability, support adoption of systems and processes, and enable consistent ways of working across the division.

About you- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)
- A tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resources, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience (desired).
- Relevant professional experience and demonstrated ability to design and deliver practical, scalable L&D programs across diverse workforce groups.
- Citizenship - to be eligible for employment with IBAC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
- Security clearance - Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
