Job Description
We are looking for a Snowflake Lead / Architect with strong experience in Snowflake architecture, Data Vault, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Snowflake data platforms and build robust data pipelines using Matillion and/or Informatica.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Snowflake architecture for enterprise data platforms.
Lead Data Vault modeling, including hubs, links, satellites, and business vault layers.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion and/or Informatica.
Create data models, warehouse structures, and consumption layers for analytics and reporting.
Optimize Snowflake performance, cost, security, and workload management.
Collaborate with business, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentoring to development teams. Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture.
Lead Data Vault 2.0 (or 1.x where applicable) adoption: hub, link, satellite design, historization patterns, and business key strategy.
Translate business requirements into canonical models and pragmatic consumption layers (raw/landing, raw vault, business vault, information marts).Proficiency in Matillion and/or Informatica.
Lead design and hands-on development of Matillion and/or Informatica pipelines for ingest, transformation, CDC/streaming, and orchestration.
Implement modern ELT patterns leveraging Snowflake features (COPY, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Materialized Views, zero-copy cloning).
Implement error-handling, retry, and idempotent load patterns.
Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development skills.
Knowledge of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, performance tuning, and data governance.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
