The Role • Serve as a cashier and/or stocker, taking a lead role in the absence of store management. • Unload trucks, process incoming merchandise, and stock shelves according to company procedures. • Implement and maintain plan-o-grams, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively. • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and managing transactions efficiently. • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a safe shopping environment. • In management's absence, assist with tasks such as authorizing refunds, managing cash, and completing required documentation. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand percentages. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including accountability and deposit controls. • Proficiency in operating a cash register and understanding IBM functions. • Familiarity with cash, facility, and safety control policies. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. • Understanding of safety policies and best practices.
